i was doing a weed run and when i turned yp to the drug dealer near kavala i start selling my goods. Then suddenly i hear a guy behind me talking and it was a guy wanting to rob me. I did not want to get robbed since i had a good chance of getting away since i had a type-115 so he either would get scared or if it ended up in a gunfight that i would have a good chance. He then proceeds initiating and telling he have friends in the area and all that stuff but he never initiated on my life. Or so i thought. Towards the end he walks behind a wall and he is already far away so its hard to hear him but i preatty much couldnt hear anything of what he said and then suddenly he just pops out and shoots me. It was first after when i saw the footage through that if i could hear he initiated on my life but it was very very hard to hear and i would never be able to hear it in the moment when you are ready and walking around. I think this is poor/low quality RP since i couldnt hear the important part of the initiation.

Hehe didn't expected you to go up on the forums and post it but fair enough. Alright I have watched the video a few times and even if you hear the hatchback on the background you can still hear my anitiation clearly. I gave you multiple warnings that you should place your hands above your head and you failed to do so. I would provide a video myself from my side if its asked by admins. You clearly saw that I have a firearm, and afterwards I saw that you won't comply I decided to go behind the whole for my own safety.

Okay, this issue seems to be a lack of communication during the initial RP.

@martin2758, you could have complied with the demands, and then presumably you wouldnt have got shot. as you said you thought you could win in a gunfight, so I guess complying was not on the cards.

@Serafin Jamal the RP between you two is initially clear, and reaches a stalemate. Then you continue to RP a threat to the guys life and a final chance, however crucially you do so from behind the wall. Now I'm sure this was a mistake, but if you watch the video through, you can hear the significant audio drop during your speech when you go behind the wall. Since this appears to be an unfortunate accident, I will not be issuing you with a warning, however please make note of this in future, because it really is your responsibility that if you are going to threaten someones life, and or shoot them, they really should hear it, shouldn't they. The player does even tell you that he cant hear you after you go behind a wall.
