The chap in the back of the offroad was killed after he opened fire in Agios.
He then decided to respawn Agios and come straight back to the scene.
Polski picked up on this and took him into the police car to have a word to him about it.
Apparently the bloke was just rude back, was breaking RP when outside the car and also denied he had done anything wrong.
It's very hard to see the name on the kill feed come up, but it does say Sebbe (Ive now increased my record resolution) at the start of the clip.
