I was holding a guy up when someone came along side me said one thing did not give me time to react/comply and I was shot. His voice was quiet so could not hear anything and apparently he told me several times but in the clip he says something once did not hear anything though.
I tried to resolve in ts but he was not having any of it.

You were holding up his comrade, threatening to kill him if he moved closer. Which whilst is VERY poor role play is still acceptable for him to kill you as you were an active threat to his comrades life.

Word of warning to the reported party. I suggest you Always try to initiate in some form, otherwise its just shit roleplay. However for the reasons above
