What best describes this incident ?: Not Roleplaying Injuries

Please (in detail) describe the incident: When we first encounter Sean we see him selling on the Coalition hill. We request tax from him of which he refuses and calls for backup shortly after. After arguing for 5-10 minutes Sean still refuses to pay tax or leave the hill. Raj then shoots him in the head with a sawn off shotgun and as clearly seen in the clip Sean begins to laugh not acting out his injuries properly. Around an hour later we are defending the ranch whilst Ballas are pushing. Sean gets downed by a sawn off again and gives fairly clear coms to his friends. I will let staff decide on this one but I personally feel Sean could have acted out his injuries a lot better and instead has let his standards slip up today.

(G4.4) When you are downed: You have been injured to the point that you have been incapacitated and you must roleplay your injuries. You have not yet been killed; this only occurs when you respawn.
When roleplaying your injuries, you must not make direct reference to the in-game respawn timer.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to report me. The first thing that I would like to bring up is why did you cut the clip so short? The report wiki recommends that you show a full 3-5 minute clip of the situation so that staff can oversee the full situation and how it has played out previously. You clip shows that 7 minutes and 45 seconds has been saved, however you decided to cut it down. Within the short clip that you did decide to show, you notice that throughout I am acting injured and not talking in my normal, beautiful, scottish accent. I can only apologise if you feel wrongly done by this situation, but I would like for staff to see a longer clip along with the fact that I am literally, and blatantly roleplaying my injuries. Giving call-outs whilst downed is NOT against the rules, if you feel that it should be, perhaps you should be in the suggestions forum rather than report. Thank you very much.

I sent Jesse the clips and I will upload them now, will just take some time as they are large files, wasn't resolved prior as he already didn't roleplay his injuries after being shot on the hill instead laughing like he was tickled.

Then was shotgunned AGAIN at the ranch and sat for 20 minutes silent and only making call outs, yes, this rule may have been removed but the clear constant callouts really does not look like any sense of roleplaying injuries.

Here is the 7+ minute clip where Sean is silent then starts to sing like a bird.





The other clips are all the same length as the original post as I just kept clipping the moment he spoke, and it was I straight after the other, so they are small clips. (thats how shadow play works)

(Apologies should have edited this the first time, thought it would merge the 2!)

Also, just to note the original clip in the report is more than one clip, just looks like only 20 seconds but in fact its 4 clips together.

Thank you for extending the clip for us, I am sure it will help the staff decide if I have broken this rule. You can clearly hear someone say "someone pushing stairs" over discord then you mute back up. At this point, you have received metagamed information. I'd like to ask, why are you guys sitting inside of discord calls giving comms unmuted? Other than that, I still believe that I acted injured throughout this scenario. Thank for very much.

 
Going to get this one closed up. The clips provided show Sean was downed and stayed quiet. At the point of his own gang member starting to push up he begins to act injured and provide locations of people, at this point all you do is stay in the exact same position and don't put another bullet in Sean etc you allow him to continue what he is doing. If there is no detailed RP injuries or it's clear how he got the injury. For example you're stood behind him and shoot him in the head point blank, then this leaves his injuries somewhat open.

@FurphyI will remind you, you are a community leader. You are to act with the upmost interest of roleplay and being a role model. This is an incredibly poor display from you as would someone that has presumably been shot be able to give the level of call outs that you were. I would have like to have seen a little more roleplaying of the injuries however I'm glad you at least strained your voice. This will be the last chance you get away with something at such a low quality. Learn from it, otherwise harsher consequences will follow.
