Please (in detail) describe the incident
While on duty, I went to revive someone who was bleeding out near the garage in Kavala and this two guys (scou and dd) were there. When I was about to leave scou was standing near the driver's door and I told at least ten times to step aside and in for me to get inside and leave because there were more people in need of assistance. He refused to do so every single time and I just unlocked the car and got in the driver's seat and he got in aswell. I tried to convince him to leave the vehicle which he again refused and even told that I had to kill him for him to leave. When I unlocked the to let him go, dd (the other guy who was still around) got in. After that I got out of the car to try to pull them and then scou got in the driver's seat and left while dd encouraged him to do it as you can hear on the video posted below.
After that I speaked to both of them and dd only said that he didn't have anything to do with it. Scou told me that he had played on RPUK a lot a long time ago and got back today and was "grinding some apples n cocaine" he also told me that a normal I should've "behaved like a normal person and just call the cops to report that my car was stolen" while the rules say: "(2.12) NHS Medics -The NHS are here to help and revive people and have less than 10 slots on the 130 slot server. It is a bannable offence to kill a medic, take their vehicle or take them hostage. In the Redzone medics may be killed however all other rules regarding medics apply."
