So pretty much I was travelling along the road from Kore bend towards hoboland behind another car full of gang members when we stumbled upon a roadblock which is where I was told to get out of the car. I stepped out of the car as asked with my gun and immediately pointed it at the ground and told the guys that it wouldn't be in their best interests not to rob me as the other car was full of my gang members. Scoob then proceeded to shoot me without any further RP and continued to refuse to come onto TeamSpeak in order to resolve the situation.

With permission from Mr. @Droge Worst I am posting my evidence against Mr. Scoob here to not only get it answered but to save me from posting my own report as it's on the same person. 

Earlier today during a Practical Assessment myself and my PCSO were driving towards Kavala when Mr. Scoob swerved into us (It appeared on purpose). So, once we heal and repair our car we go in pursuit of him, to only find him trying to ram into either the back of an SUV who was trying to help us or to swerve and make us crash into the rear end of his HEMTT. A few seconds later he tries the same thing, this time completely ramming the SUV of the person who we were helping and blowing up. - Evidence of him being the driver of the hemtt (As shown, I ANPR the vehicle a lot to get the name) is him being killed at the end when the HEMTT explodes. 

I sent him a text message in game asking him to come to teamspeak but he failed to do so.
