I'm new to the server, but I played a lot of serious roleplay on different games, I'm pretty sure this is RDM.
I was at the Motors by Eltis Post and this dude randomly crashed into my friend's car and was then blocking his way with his car.
My friend drove around his car, picked me up and as we were driving away, he got out of his car and shot me.

After I respawned, there was multiple attempts of him trying to run over me and my friend, so I, for lack of cooperation from his end, couldn't resolve the problem by talking to him.
