The video below shows a hummingbird swerving up to vdm us. We feel as this guy crashed into us on purpose because we had killed him at pearl dealer and took his orca to the scrap yard. We spoke to the guy in ts and he claims that we intentionally crashed into him which from the video you can see that I gained altitude to avoid this scenario but he decided to swerve up right into us for no apparent reason.

I've spoken to SB7 in-game and he will respond shortly. I'll reserve judgement until then.

AS you can see from the video that i have put AUTO-hover in order to see the map because one of my friends ran away from them when they killed me and i wanted to see his mark on the map because he had not a GPS , and i didnt see them because it was night and i had not NV goggles "i saw them before the crash by 2-4 sec" about  saying i wanted to VDM them because they killed before , iam not that kind of players i didnt mean it .

Another thing i want to say if you notice from the video that the pilot wanted to fly over me on purpose waiting something to happen , with all respect i should be the one reporting them because he crashed into me from the back "As we know from driving lessons "and perhaps the same for flying lessons" if you crash into a car from the back its your mistake because you had to get a space between you and him because you dont know what he will do , but as we can see from the video he wanted to fly over me on purpose he wanted to go there"

@sb7e do you have any evidence from your end? because we certainly can't see that you've used auto hover from the video.

i was not recording , i have a problem with my shadow play i wanted to save what happened with instant replay but it didnt work iam sorry

Okay well I've had a good think over the incident and have made up my mind. 

There's no evidence present that shows clearly that this was an accident. The fact these chaps had previously interacted with you then you suddenly show up and ram them after they have killed you and stolen your orca looks mighty suspicious to me. 

Quite honestly I would have liked to have given a stern warning for this incident but unfortunately SB7 you already carry a warning point for a previous incident and I don't feel you understand the rules fully enough to warrant me trusting you with a third chance.
