Please (in detail) describe the incident: We rolled out an operation to catch Sarcy Rogers as he joined another gang after saying he wouldnt, he completely understands this is our process, accepted it, was a good sport.

We had to roll this out over time to not involve anyone else form Marabunta:

He was captured on his own, noone saw it or knew about it, other than Sarcy mentioning it in the Mara discord.

Last night, we were rushed and 2 members were taken and dumped for the killing and dumping of Sarcy. I approached Sarcy about it to make sure someone let it slip to Mara that we did it, turns out noone did, they just used the hint of "I don't remember who Hugo and his boys are" to justify a retaliation.

If this was acceptable, my lads would now just be able to say "I no longer remember who Sarcy is" and we can just rock up and roll them, then silliness ensues.

They liased with my lads, where apparently it was "roleplay"

It completely ruins our RP, about being smart, running operations in secret and covertly, completely messing with the effort and our entire purpose as a gang if someone get just tell something they were dumped by us by hinting "they cant remember us" and the other parties acting upon it
It feels like a poor excuse for using OOC information to take action on something.

Created a ticket for clarifications however was told to create a report.

00:48 Jacko called Roger Cashmore a fucking cunt. Completely unprovoked. Very uncalled for and unprovoked.

01:26 Jacko scrambled to come up with a different excuse for having done what they did by claiming "Bob" a member of us owes £80k to someone for drugs (of which was NEVER not ONCE mentioned in the kidnap and dumping of our guys.

01:55 The scottish chap high up in Mara (im not sure his name) explains how I made a mistake? (Days after we dumped Sarcy btw) btw driving past Mara turf and stopping to say Hello as they checked who i was? I was not in a jester, or blacked out. I was driving my Audi R8 trying to get cool BROLL footage for the videos I make. These guys are clearly, once again trying to justify taking action on OOC information, scrambling to come up with any old reason to justify their characters knowing about a dumping.

Would it now be a mistake for a Marabunta member to drive past Bahamas right now and say hello? No... because my character has ZERO knowledge of Kyle and GR's dumping, whether or not they told me they don't remember who you are.

02:15 Marabunta know we're after Jacko, because when we dumped Sarcy, I mentioned having a laugh saying it's just Jacko left now. Using the justification that @ep-019 (Rogers) tried calling Jacko to find out if he is in the city is a lie, Staff will easily be able to check logs to show it was normal for Rogers to call and have conversations with Jacko & Sarcy as they kept in contact (Rogers had nothing to do with the dumping of Sarcy) This is yet ANOTHER attempt to try to find any excuse to ACT upon OOC information once again.

How did you know Sky, that Sarcy was dumped by the former gang of another one of your members? Because it certainly wasn't because "Hugo was seen in the city near Marabunta, days after the dumping happened". You have also admitted, in this evidence, that your RP was using the fact Sarcy couldn't remember us to initiate a roleplay scenario of dumping us. If after this report, @Kyle Racoon & @georgedemain told me they don't remember Marabunta, and we all rocked up in Fudge Lane flattening you all, you'd run to the report a player section faster than Kyle can eat a maccies breakfast.

Plenty of gang members are at your turf selling drugs, in all sorts of clothing. Why didnt you assume they dumped Sarcy? Well, because of course you didnt have OOC information of them dumping Sarcy did you?

And using memory loss of Sarcy as a justification for finding out. If this was ok, the server would be an absolute hell hole.

All in all, it's overwhelmingly clear, that they've tried to scrape any old excuse or reason to retaliate to a situation 0 mara members witnessed, and that Sarcy can't remember. Outside of that, it was horrendous roleplay, with the first interaction from a Mara member being "You're being dumped".

Your first line of me mentioning anything in discord is false so please don't assume what i have put in discord as its just distasteful to assume stuff “Hugo Sinclair — Today at 11:36 Tbh id rather you and jack were still with us, were cooking up some really cool stuff and miss playing with you both a tonne” this is all that was put into discord. doesn't insinuate that I had been dumped just that you had missed RPing with us.

A I am new to RPUK and FiveM as a whole I was unaware of the ins and outs of the NLR rule so after I was dumped I raised a ticket and I believe it was oneshot who had responded. I had told him what went on and that two of us left the group and that I had been killed off. I asked how I should respond to this now when anyone asks about it, I was told to say that if anyone asked about that specific group that I would have to play it off as I don't know them.

On Jacko’s side of this, he kept getting phone calls which was out of the ordinary because since we left the cabana cartel contact has been to a minimum. Rogers calls to see if we know where a dodgy was located and this is out of character in game as that's not how they rolled and then contacted again asking for pistol bullets. Jacko also got a call from someone else asking if this was Mosleys which is also a strange one as his number has never been put down anywhere for it to even be associated with Mosleys and this was assumed to be a rogue to see if he was around at the time. It was also strange for Hugo to come to Mara turf as a few months ago they were told to stop coming round due to the fact they were found to be in contact with Vagos during the Mara and Vargos war so told him he is no longer welcome around Mara turf.

Me and Jacko are new to roleplaying and this was our first big rp story. We put our hands up to not using the correct terminology during the situation that occurred and this was explained to us after by Sky and we have learned from our mistakes and can only improve moving forward.

After speaking to Hugo Sinclair I believe this wouldn't have been reported but as the two guys dumped had lost 500k worth of guns Hugo said to me he cant put in a compensation request unless a report is raised first.

Just to repeat once again what was mentioned in liaison, the reason Mara went after the cabana cartel that night was due to multiple factors.
1. Jacko believed he was being targeted with all the mysterious phone calls and he couldn’t fathom it being anyone else apart from the cabana cartel as they were the only people he had any sort of unpleasant interaction with followed by Hugo skulking around Mara turf blacked out in a local Jester.

2. The cabana cartel members had robbed Mara members which they knew it was the cabana cartel but was confirmed to Mara by myself and Jacko when joining Mara. Mara was then planning to go after the cabana cartel for that incident, Jacko’s incident then just lined up the opportunity to then do so.

This was all also explained by Sky in game after the members in the clip you provided had been shot but that seems to have been conveniently clipped out.

Few things,

1. You are not new, you've been here for 6 - 7 months.

2. Why on earth would you be confused why i'm involved in this report when it was myself that dumped you? An event of which you stand accused of acting upon using OOC information? This should be frightfully obvious.

3. Jacko found calls suspicious, because he knew OOC we dumped you, and OOC through you that he was next. I had 2 missed calls today from Barry Clevedon of Cutlass today, and he was spotted at our club, I didn't once suspect him of coming after one of my lads, because you know, I didnt have OOC information of his intentions to do so.

A couple of phone calls from someone of someone no longer in our gang, and be driving somewhere in the city, is an absolute joke justification for your "suspicions".

The video of me in a "blacked out (bright green and yellow car) was taken on the 16th of June, you were dumped on the 11th of June. Plenty of time after you "went missing". Me driving around the city being honest with who I am, is the absolute silliest justification for thinking im going to kidnap Jacko. I've recently bumped into Mara members whilst driving my Audi R8, I assume it was that occasion you're talking about, I dont tend to keep note everytime I see you guys.

You do realize, in the evidence submitted, both in recording of liason, messages from you, and the event itself, that you have all mentioned multiple times of using the fact you "cant remember Hugo, wink wink" in order to act upon the way you did?

Since this happened, as you said, this was AGES ago. I even used the Mara bench since this, and seen isak doing various dealings since then also, both on turf and over the phone? Imagine being so unwelcome, ive had dealings with your leader.

Sounds like grasping at straws yet again, scrambling to piece any old reason or justification to use OOC information to retaliate using "memory loss" as the hint of a dumping, as mentioned multiple times in evidence provided, by you and multiple members of Mara. It's there for everyone to listen to.

You were offered another liason with myself weren't you? But you both ignored the messages.

The evidence is clear, lets leave it for staff to sort out, I have no ill will towards you, following recommendations from staff to make the report, especially after not hearing back from you after an offer to liason.

Jacko found calls suspicious as rogers phoned and then didn’t respond and asking for dodgies and pb and as we know that’s not what cabana cartel are about especially when Hugo has so many contacts within the city, to start getting calls all of a sudden from Cabana is weird as there’s been silence for several months no contact, so to say we’re always in contact is a lie.

You also saying that it happened in February, you’ve been MIA for the last 3 months, but that’s not here or there.

Your report is for me metagaming I believe, as you can see the proof you’ve given does not show me metagaming, all I’ve done is give a response to others that have said I owe them money for drugs sold to this person (bob) who I obviously can’t remember, rogers called jacko come up to me and said rogers just called and I had to say I don’t know them and then you come up to turf and James said you come up to turf and again as if been told by staff was to say that I don’t remember them, through a ticket raised

There isn't really anything new or valuable in this response that hasn't already been talked about. I haven't been missing in action for 3 months, quite the opposite, including contact with Mara members, including your leader on multiple occasions.

FYI, there is nothing shameful for a member of Cabana to want to make a comp request losing a gun in a situation that arised from a clear rulebreak riddled with weak justification with written & audibly recorded proof of the knowledge of "memory loss" as the hint for a dumping.

I agree with you though, lets leave it for staff, take it easy dude.

I would just like to explain myself to add some further context to this statement.

The reason for my call’s was to see is Jacko had found a dodgy doctor that storm and to see if he had any pistol bullets for sale in another call. This happened a little while ago now and was not a very memorable thing but from my memory Jacko answered and told me he did not know where the dodgy doctor was so the call went no further. A few days later i called to see if he had any PBs in stock for sale as he in now in a large OCG so i thought i would ask, however he was not in the server at the time so i kept calling other people and eventually found someone who sold them to me. The reason why i did not answer the call back is because in the past when im on the phone to jacko he tries to get information out of me about the current situation and future of The Cabana cartel so i didn’t want to entertain it. To add why i was calling and not Hugo sorting it out through his contacts is there has been some roleplay going on around me distancing myself from The Cabana Cartel up to my recent leave of the group.

I would also like to address that this is not true as i had come down the mara turf once or twice before Sarcy being dumped for a chat to check how they were doing and to keep a connection there for potential further deals and friendships. I had also spoken to Sarcy numerous times at the new bin Job centre for a brief second before going on different jobs.

Okay so with this, from the proof that we have which is just a clip of you being killed. Also the other bits we have it is of course very very difficult to say wether something has been metagamed here or not. Now, both sides obviously say different and no amount of OOC discord messages will tell the whole true story for in game. Maybe that other person your after was in fact aware that you are after him so they got you first. The fact is we dont know.

So, with the meta stuff. As with most roleplay scenarios its very different and people need to remember this is a game thats meant to be fun and you will not know every piece of every puzzle. Meaning, if you have been killed off by these 2 in secret then gone back to your gang and the ONLY reason that they retaliate is because you say something along the lines off "I dont remember those people" and then those people retaliate based off that. Its ridiculous. Remember, that version of your character is dead. So you say nothing. Nobody can really say "you must forget all knowledge of everyone OR you can remember the people but not the roleplay leading up to the death" because that changes based off scenario. In one scenario it might make sense to completely forget everyone involved and in others you will still need to KNOW the person but NOT remember why these issues or beefs started to begin with. There is no one size fits all just remember it needs to kind of make sense in roleplay too.

So, moving forward. Please everyone invoved THINK about the roleplay. If your the one acting based off "i dont remember them" then your just being plain stupid. Also, the person saying "i dont remember them" come up with something more creative. Like i said, you wont always win and you wont always know a full story. Roleplay comes first.

I will not be taking any action here based off us not being able to determine the FULL FACTS and everything thats happened throughout this whole scenario.
