After the restart I decided to go to advanced weapons to gear myself up in a blue/black uniform and a suppressed pistol (for roleplay reasons). Upon arrival I saw a large number of armed rebels so I waited until they left in their choppers. I went in, pulled my 60k out of my bank account just as what I believed to be at the time their final helicopter began spooling up. I bought my clothing and everything was okay but watching the video back you can hear the helicopter spooling down just as I enter the weapon menu (where you can't hear any sound). I selected my weapon, attachment and just as I was about to select my magazines, I get shot, and coming out of the weapon menu, I hear "you should have listened to me". When I passed him the quote on quote, note, he replied with "//not my problem??", implying he knew I couldn't hear anything yet according to his version of events, he roleplayed it correctly and therefore as he said, not his problem that I couldn't hear him. When speaking to him in TS, the first thing he mentioned was how he'd been banned for the last 10 months and didn't know this was the case (you can't hear anything in the weapon menu). I knew he was exaggerating his ban since I was in a gang with him no more than 7 months ago, and back then this was still the case. I decided to go into staff support and discuss with Xkan and he said that it was a grey area and that it's not really anyone's fault. After this, I decided to watch the video back and from the time I entered the weapon menu to the time I was dead, was exactly 16 seconds. Now, in that 16 seconds, Sammy would have had to run from his helicopter, into the building, initiate on me, and decide to shoot me. I think this is bad considering I was unarmed and obviously I couldn't hear him (which he claimed to not know) and I wasn't responding to him. I don't know what was said and I don't know how long he actually gave me to comply but the fact is, what is the point in multiple armed men killing an unarmed civilian who wasn't responding, whether they've initiated on my life or not. In TS he claimed to have given me at least 30 seconds to comply but from my video evidence, this is clearly not the case. I am making this report due to Sammy being incredibly cocky, and not accepting any sort of responsibility. After I spoke to him in TS with Xkan who actually advised him to comp me I realised that my hummingbird had been scrapped, which I think was unnecessary also. He made no effort to roleplay with me properly and instead it seemed he just wanted to kill me from the off.

We did Resolve this in Team speak with other admins and they said i did nothing wrong and that it was a grey area. They said it would be polite to compensate you so i did and then we said that we were done but you seem to have put a report up after the administrators telling you that i did nothing wrong, However i did send you some money back but you seem to be doing this and saying i wanted to kill you from the off witch is not the case at all. I wanted to simply roleplay with you and take you hostage to play some games with you but you did not respond [ I know now that it was the game mechanic that teleported you to the place were that gun store is.]

My poor attitude in the video was because i thought He was just trying to get me to spear his gear or maybe for me to comp him by him lieing however i now know that you can not hear anything wile in the gun menu. This is why i know wait until they have bought there gun before i rob / initiate on them.   

 I now know about this feature and as i am speaking with him now on team speak I now understand from his point of view it sounded like is was being cocky and i do apologize for that attitude. However i did not know about this feature until @Xkan Told me about it in the Support Room. Therefore i will take this into account when Initiating on people wile they are in the shop.  

 I also did compensate him after this incident.

Also you say i could have only gave you less than 16 seconds to run from my helicopter however at the start of the Video you can see me on the top of the roof of the HQ building Showing i did not have to run from my helicopter showing it is possible for me to give you an adequate amount of time.

@CSI Gordon although we have discussed this issue in Teamspeak he still feels as though he did nothing wrong which would therefore lead me to believe he has nothing to worry about over this report. I would therefore still like this report to be processed.

However @Ziffy I followed all server rules, Roleplaying to the highest Quality, Giving you ample time to Respond however I know i did not know about this Feature in the server up until i was told by Xkan. I was also told that this is a grey area and that i had broken no rules.[i was told by the admins in the sit.]

During the video, there is a period of time when you are in the gun menu.  As stated above you cannot hear when in the gun menu. This is not anyone's fault this is a known problem.
During this period of time in the gun menu, the initiation would have been made and you would have made no response or moved. The player has then shot you whilst in that menu. The players were already in the area when you went to buy your items and then they have gone to rob you of your cash.  The time that you are in the menu is an acceptable amount of time for you to comply (I'm speaking solely on the duration of time, not whether you can hear or not).

The Sammy has already compensated you for your lose out of the goodness of his heart and has said that he will allow more time in future for people to come out of the menu.
