I was running from the cops, A random man who was not involved in the RP situation what so ever shot me out of my vehicle as I was running from the cops. I asked him for comp and he said he did not have enough and never came into ts to try and resolve the problem with me.

Can you maybe upload a slightly longer video? It's a bit hard to see what happened before the RDM, and I can not see any police chasing you eventhough you claimed to be running from them.
