Mining copper with Tempest device (my 3rd one I've purchased, previous 2 stolen in low RP situations but I had no evidence, hence started recording). Went to trade at copper trader, there was something happening on the road involving the police. Guy comes hurtling up the road swerving 'deliberately' into me, not once but twice, causing my tempest to tip blowing up cars beside me and ultimately my tempest. Mass VDM killing 4 people. Spoke in chat for compensation, but guy pretended to be French and not understand, then clearly spoke english to others.

Denied, can't see what happens behind you. As wel you're driving in the middle of the road whilst people are standing on the other side of the road. Not enough proof of deliberately VDM.
