Me, SPC Adam.BZ & DSGT Alex Jackson were going on an NCA patrol and after a couple minutes of patroling on the main road we spike this gentelman and we wanted to start a conversation and all the sudden he mumbles a word and starts shooting straight away... video talks for itself.

Also, I didn't try to resolve because some higher ups told me not to after they had multiple incidents with Roach.

I love how you say what happend this way, there was no starting conversation, I was driving on the main road while you spike my car and all the sudden you tell me that i will be tased right away if i won't put my hands up, what would you do in that situation ? i didn't want to put my hands up and my car was spiked because of you and there was like 2 or 3 officers around so i started shooting and running away.

Thats a description of RDM, ill let support come and deal with this.

 
Also, I want to point you can clearly see in your video massive FailRP, You see an armed person with a pistol firing around, you are unarmed and you just run towards me and you got actually hitted by their rubber bullets which is hell funny aswell.

I wounder if you would've run towards an armed firing man in real life aswell Slim?

I ran towards you main direction to try and knock you out from your back, we didnt know youll shoot us... you werent allowed to...

I got tazed by a friend when you ran away.

But, we will just continue talking and the topic will get locked by staff because we are going in circles with this chatter.

As i said i will let staff handle this.

Exactly you ran into a gunfight which is clearly FailRP, it dosn't matter right now if i am allowed to or not allowed to ( that was my own mistake )  the fact is i was firing and you just ran into the gun fight

No, you werent firing when i started running, i thought you will try and make a run for it after the first mag u shot where i hid behind the hatchy.

Dont try make points that arent true, also this report is about YOU, not about me...

 
I know its about me, If theres any mistake i will take the ban / what ever it takes to deal with it, but you can clearly see yourself failRping in my opinion.

i didnt run into a crossfire, i ran towards a suspect trying to flee... you turned around AFTER i started running so i didnt have a chance of turning around and running back.

You clearly did, you even got tased by your Friends.. what if it was a real bullets uh ?

 
I also want to mention that there was no inination on my tires what so ever, i drove the main road and all the sudden i got spiked, this was very weird aswell and i think its failRP aswell.

Its funny how your "police" actions looks like a rebel actions, a hatchy sets you on the road to put spikes , destroys my wheels without any chasing or initations on my wheels

Initiation isn't needed to spike, all we need is to chase you and you not pulling over gave us a reason...

Now stop looking for reasons why other people were in the wrong...

first you say I failRP'd, then you say our patrol failRP'd?

stop quoting rules if they arent accurate and please focus on the report buddy. 

 
You did not chase me, I drove the road and i was spiked without any sirens or warnings to stop - FailRP from my opinion as i wouldn't expect these kind of actions from the Police

If you do think you chase me than i will more than happy to see an evidence of the full scenario of you chasing me and or warning me to stop that would be great to watch...

I am not obliged to upload anything as im reporting you for failRP... 

you can put a report for the police if you'd like, and upload evidence but we still don't have to upload anything...

Again... im going to not answer until staff handeled this case...

Reporting me for FailRP ? first you said RDM didn't you?  i think you are wrong here buddy, i am pretty sure you have the rest of the records you are just not willing to upload since you know you are mistaken for not warning / chasing me at all before spiking

 
Rules I believe that were broke in this situation were:         1) Fail RP           2) RDM

Here is also another piece of video evidence that you can clearly see the fail RP and also the RDM clearly, also we felt that this issue was to not be resolved in TeamSpeak due to the fact that this was very blatant and also very clear what Roach was intending to do. He attempted to kill 2 officers due to his wanted level and also did not even attempt to speak at all throughout the incident. I would not like to continue this discussion on the forums and I would advise that the Staff team can now make a decision on whether action should or shouldn't be taken with the evidence that is supplied. I was not able to record my POV because my new computer is coming tomorrow and I'm sorting out some software issues but I have also a POV video from the officer who made the initiation and who was also initially shot.

Also, today is the 13/02/2017 and I was waiting in the Surge Lobby due to the fact that I wanted to talk to Alex Jackon the officer who is now on holiday and then I am met with these two people, these people were Roach and also one of his friends which were being very aggressive towards myself and also @Alex Jackson and kept on asking questions to do with the report, I did not appreciate the way that they were swearing towards me and my college but I did not record this as I was playing a different game. I am not making a complaint about this but I am saying to maybe think before you speak to Roach and your friend and to not question a reported case without Staff Team present in the channel.  

It was called in on the radio that there was a speeding sports hatchback heading towards us and that we should spike him as he is highly wanted and also so we could stop him better than chasing him around the whole island due to the fact that he was failing to stop and also was highly wanted so I made the decision to spike the road in time so that we could catch the suspect. Unfortunately, as you can see in the video the suspect thought that spike strips were initiation or you had to initiate to spike and then he decided to shoot at our officers until the time where I had to use lethal force to get him.

This is my pretty long input on the situation and I don't really have much more to say, if you have any questions then please ask but please no more on the forums because this has gone on for long enough, hopefully, this concludes what gonna happen at the end of this report...
