Please (in detail) describe the incident: As you can see in the clip I was on the island to pick up some packages when this guy comes out of a bush, as soon as I see him I go on radio saying there are people on the island, he then yells "hands hands" and shoots me within seconds giving me no time to comply at all.

I'll start off by agreeing with you (to a certain extent), I wouldn't say it was RDM but yes It wasn't the best on my behalf. However I think you're looking at this from your point of view too much and not mine. There has already been growing tension between 229 and Aztecas as very recently the two gangs have had a gunfight on the island, With this being said you were called out as being a 229 member when you arrived at the docks on your jetski.

You then parked the jetski and ran over towards the NPC which allows you to rent a quadbike. I emerged from the bush and said "Aye brother put your hands up for me" whilst pointing a gun at you. I've looked at your video and it's clear to me that me pulling the gun out and you going on the radio happened at the exact same time. However from my point of view which sadly I do not have as I did not expect this situation to be an issue, I pulled the gun out on you before you went on the radio and I think this has something to do with the animations in the game. So to me it looked like you broke the NVL rule, I'm not saying you did however from my point of view that's what it looked like and that is why I was so quick to shoot. Another reason why I was quick to shoot was due to you being on the radio asking for backup, As I've already stated Aztecas and 229 have recently had a gunfight on the island so with that in mind I did not want to risk it happening again. If you think I am going to let you radio for backup and potentially voice ID me as an Azteca to your gang then I'm afraid that's just not going to happen.

I can understand your frustration and if you're interested we can arrange to attempt to resolve this in a voice channel.

His immature attitude displayed in group members discord made myself stray away from this option.

He is a long standing member of the community and should know right from wrong without myself having to explain this, which is why the report has been posted.

A bit of a childish response considering I have just openly admitted my wrong doings and offered to try and resolve a situation. To sit there and claim I'm immature in a discord server has no relation to this report and shouldn't be a reason for you to not want to resolve it especially considering I'm being very sensible in this report. I'm a very humorous person and If I want to joke around in a community discord and have a laugh with people then I will, And if that makes me 'immature' by your standards then so be it. 

The reason I wanted to speak to you was so that in future I can figure out how to make that situation more enjoyable and learn what you might have wanted to happen. But It is pretty clear you've got no interest in attempting to resolve this and are just seeking the ban and if that's what you want, then fair enough.

@drippagefamI understand you have reasoning behind not going to a Liaison with Ryan however, no matter your outlook on somebody we are an 18+ community and I'm sure as adults we can work around "immaturity" and still have a conversation with someone at the end of the day.

@Ryan SwooneyUnfortunately due to you having no footage, I can only act upon the footage provided in this report. There is no previous interaction between you and Daniel in this roleplay scenario. He begins running on this island and realises something does not seem right, at the same time he radio's you also point your gun so I can see Daniel did not do this maliciously. 
There was no attempt of any high quality roleplay provided behind shooting Daniel or any proper reasoning thus being a breach of G1.2

Due to the above, I will be actioning this report with the following today:
