Throughout the night Hustlers were looking for Grove members due to ongoing beef between Grove and Hustlers as stated above. I was pretty much done for the night as it was late and my game graphics were messed up. Two bikes come around the corner all blacked out. At first no guns were pointed at myself. Anonymous Seahorse, the person in front of me points his middle finger and says "yo broski jump out" then his voice cuts out. He then puts his hand down and begins to pull his gun out and says "jump out the car big man" As soon as I saw him put his hand down I start to reverse my car so I could get out of the situation as no guns were being pointed at me at this moment. As I'm in motion of reversing and accelerating his gun is pulled out but I've already committed to driving forwards at this point. The second person (Price) only pulls his gun out once I've started accelerating forwards. One shot goes off and hits myself, taking my body armour. I then call for back up on radio and the two bikes flee.

Hello all!

I've reviewed the footage and read the initial report and replies and I have come to the below conclusion:

The Value of Life rule reads as follows; At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

Now, do I think that @Ryan Lwas outnumbered in this situation? Yes, he was. Was he at an obvious disadvantage? No.

Anonymous Seahorse rolls up and begins to RP with Ryan Lee and pulls out his middle finger, then pulls a shotgun, Ryan Lee drives away. In this specific circumstance, I wouldn't say he was at an obvious disadvantage due to the fact that he is facing towards the exit and both of the bikes are situated toward the rear of the car park. In Ryan's provided video, he sees Anonymous Seahorse point his finger at him then he begins to move backwards and a shotgun is pulled at the moment he is pulling forward.

I will say though, that in Anonymous Seahorses initial video. This looks like a clear breach of the NVL rule but given Ryan Lees POV, I cannot say that it is unfortunately.

No Action Taken
