Please (in detail) describe the incident

Chasing after a stolen hatchback police vehicle, guy finally stops and tells us "get down and get out" (wrong order doh but still) so I stop to comply with him then he decides to shoot me while still in the vehicle giving no chance to actually follow his instructions, I then later surprisingly message him out of RP with '//' via the mobile to the guy not knowing it was actually him that killed me as I thought it was his friend asking could he tell his friend that killed me and I stated my name that could they come on TS to discuss it, later I receive a message from him saying that the guy that shot me (being him) said that the guy that shot me wasn't part of their team and didn't know him.

Long story short, told us to get out, we were going to comply however he decided to shoot at us anyway.

After reviewing the report, there was initiation. At one moment it appears you are reversing and driving away. Although you stopped, it appeared that the other player believed you were driving away. However, this is borderline Poor RP. Next time try shooting the tires out instead, or if they drive off, you have a car and can chase.@Yodaisbackbro Anonymous Gecko
