Please (in detail) describe the incident

We spotted a heli landing on the hill near weed processor.
We flew over and landed our heli next to it but there was no one around.
After looking around for a bit Jay spot's the two guys coming over and says hi to them.
Instead of responding with saying anything Russy opens fire and kills Jay and Kieran.
I take the guys down and that's that.
So they never initiated, there was also no hostilities going on in the area.

No he does not, but both me and Kieran were in voip distance, as you can here jay speak in both of the videos.
So if there was an initiation we would've heared it.
