Please (in detail) describe the incident
Basically Russian Hitman was running from my group of bandits and we ended up shooting his wheels. We had plenty of guys aiming their guns at him and he wouldn't get out of the truck when we said we would let them live. The video explains the rest. He also tried to pit us which pretty much counts as VDM too.
