Him and two other guys attempted to rob me just before restart, so I got out of my car and gunned them down. he attempted to hide his combat log with the server restart.

Couldn't find the guy on TS/In game after restart but I also wasn't going to keep hopping between servers over a glitcher.

Report Rejected - It's right at server restart, and some players believe that they do have to log out when it says "RECONNECT NOW."

If I see the player in the future, I will watch for any further transgressions.
