Please (in detail) describe the incident

We stole RPHEADS hummingbird and he decided to chase us. We land to lockpick it and he comes in close and VDM's the rotors to disable them.

This user doesn't deserve to be on RP servers. He's already got an ongoing report for blatant RDM and now this. It's not acceptable and just ruins the fun.

Yes - Went to Belfast Room on Teamspeak and he left after about a minute so refusal to resolve.

Was flying around in his helicopter and he vdm's us. Hope this will help.
