One thing to keep in mind that for reports we do need session id's shown or a form of ID to identify the players overall, Just something to keep in mind for future reports. Now overall there seems to be a lot of things being brought out of RP into IRL. This shouldn't happen, You are not your characters and need to separate yourselves from the RP. If someone has broken a rule then this is why we have liaisons and moving forth the report section to where we will look over the evidence provided and go from there. In relation to reports overall, Session ID's are normally required to show who was who in the situation however given recent events and the posts made it is obvious who everyone is in the clip, Jason and Ross being the two police in front of Kip, Then Pablo behind.
I will say that this discord liaison the first one, It was confirmed that the channel was indeed full so not everyone could of got into the same room to discuss the issues, Could be why this didn't take place and something to keep in mind if you are asking for people to come and talk about an RP situation.
Moving onto the evidence provided. I'll start with the second clip since this is the shorter one to go through overall, Now in this was the radio situation where
@zVBaLand Jason we're trying to get Kip down to PD. Throughout this part there is one thing to mention and that's the following that come from yourself here Ross, "It's also a breach of contract coming on duty and going out your head to then get deported for inactivity on duty. Kip responds he doesn't know what you are going on about and in turn you said "My body cam says otherwise"".
In relation to the idling rule, Indeed there is a rule regarding this however in this case you are referencing you said Kip was inside the police station at the time. We do understand IRL things come up and that's why if he was idling for an amount of time then indeed he would be kicked overall, Something yourself mentions in the clip. You do state you can get "Deported" for doing such a thing, Within RP it doesn't make much sense and that's why Kip I'd assume responded the way he did claiming not to know what you we're talking about as this is going out of character.
In relation to police employment ect this is more RP related as a whole and if their we're issues within RP then there is a complaints form at the front desk. Lets move onto the first clip at the gas station.
During this clip Kip is being held hostage by an Unknown male. During this time you can see that he was asking for money and got to the point that Jason asked Pablo if he would pay more money, However he did refuse and the Unknown male was in turn tazered. It's not fully known what happened to lead to the tazer being used however there is more to this than meets the eye, So from a staffing point it's unclear if any rule was broken to this point.
After the Unknown male was cuffed Ross and Jason are going around shouting saying "You can't do that" over and over, To the point the Unknown male did break character. Pablo did place the male into the car and he was pulled out by Ross. Kip asked why this was done and in response you did break character again Ross claiming you cannot break RP even though you did the exact same thing here.
Following this you mention you do not see a real police officer doing that and attempt to taze Kip. In this situation you are very very heated and you have let your anger get the better of you to the point it's not roleplay anymore. One thing to keep in mind, Two wrongs don't make a right.

@zVBaLthere doesn't appear to be anymore to this that either side has provided. From what I've watched it is disappointing to see that we are taking this from RP and this is being used against others due to their RP character. As mentioned above, We are not our characters and what happens in RP should remain in RP.
In relation to the C1.14 I'd not say this was a threat to report however it is breaking character as a whole, Same as what was mentioned in the Gas station. Giving this is the case I will be going ahead and issuing a
Permanent Ban on Ross for his actions within the situations as a whole.
