Please (in detail) describe the incident

As seen in the gameplay, CSO Sean, SGT Baked Potato and me SGT John Woll go to the Meth Dealer after a few reports of armed men and trucks there.
We head on over to there and discover a lot of trucks and heli's, and Baked Potato calls all units for back-up and we head on to speak to them and to initiate, I tell the CSO to go and initiate on a guy with a Vermin Rifle inside a shack while I handle a guy in a house next to me, I tell him that we're armed police and we surround him yet he doesn't reply or show any sign of being aware of his situation. I head on to the back of the building since he's peaking the window (I'm thinking that he might shoot me) I head on over towards there and say again "Armed police hands up!" he just stares at me for a bit and doesn't speak at all followed up by him gunning me down and my CSO also dying in the shack and SGT Baked Potato being taken hostage. I say this is Poor/Low Quality RP since he doesn't reply at all and just sits in the house moving around.

I attempted to call Roostoff Umukoro to the police rebel liaison room I do not get any reply for 10 minutes straight.
After that when I was already filling in this report he joined the Police/Rebel Liaison Room and spoke to him about his actions however I still find this report necessary since this is such bad / piss poor RP and an apology isn't enough.
A gang member and somebody from Staff explained to me that I was I here directly quote something from a Staff member : " You seem like a very rude person, alongside very unforgiving. You literally WANT someone banned... nothing else."
The Staff member also spoke to TW verbally and refused to speak to me verbally.

As shown here, we spoke on Teamspeak.

One thing I want to make very clear here, is that Roostoff apologised, he offered compensation and he explained his actions and reasoning... and the only thing that you are wanting is to get him banned...

So you get an unarmed Police officer to initiate on a man you know has a large gun... isn't this very poor of you?

I head on over towards there and say again "Armed police hands up!"

You have initiated using the CSO as you have already said, and then you initiate afterwards with yourself by saying "Armed police hands up". He is a rebel and you have a gun. You actually try and get the CSO to run into a building of an armed man and say "Armed police hands up" as shown in your video.

You're standing there shouting "This building is completely surrounded" and "This is armed Police hands up".

This is not RDM in my opinion, but I'd like @Crumbleto make any further decisions alongside @LoboFurioso (Roostoff) to make a statement.

Regarding this, I am not in the gang (The Warriors), and yes, you do seem like this. Roostoff made every effort to resolve this with you and all you wish to happen is for him to receive a ban.

@ could you also please take a look at the quality of John Woll here. He ordered a CSO to initiate on an armed man, alongside telling him to just "Knock him out". I feel like there is something especially wrong with this, as it is just like having an unarmed hobo run into a building and telling everyone to "put hands up". Alongside John Woll saying "He cant kill you, you're unarmed"... etc.

CSO initated with the one person and there was roleplay.

However, very poor RP of you to send in an unarmed volunteer who is learning the ropes and telling him to knock someone out. Plus the fact that the player admitted his mistake and tried to resolve it with you. As a member of the Altis Police you are held to a higher standard.

You are hereby de-whistlisted/suspended from the police on the server and teamspeak for your actions as of this moment and this will be deferred to police command to determine if any discipline will come about. @@SI Dredd @SI MACCAS @SI Xsum

Police Command has the final say on you being reinstated/re-whitelisted.
