Some guy had crashed in to me (guy laying on the floor, i presume) with the van that was burning and this guy just comes up saying something of the lines of I will execute you in the name of 0151 and then just shoots us both, he was never in the picture, just came up and shoot us

The video in question here doesn't show enough detail and would ideally need to be longer to show you weren't in a gunfight with each other earlier (the exemption to the RDM rule for executing people in gunfights). I agree however that isn't high enough quality RP to execute you in general. If you can provide longer video please do @Jacsan
