Please (in detail) describe the incident: Ronald told me that he's gonna revive me to take my gear, I refused and told him it's not legal because he can't initiate me while I'm bleeding, however, he told his friend to revive me and shot me to death.

I see that this report has occurred at the same time as your gang mate made his report found here Report a player - COMBO - RONALD - FONZ - Altis Life - Approved - Roleplay UK
as you will see the player you have reported has been banned due to his actions in said report.

You were told several times that when you are revived to not pull your gun out and to not run off and that you have to Shift J or you would be shot again, your response to this is to pull your gun out towards the guy that gave you demands, what did you expect to happen...

For this reason your report will be declined.
