He just stopped in front of us and make us ram into him (he says it was lag probably true) and sold the trunk value. I asked him why did you take advantage of situation he told me it was bound to happen.
He started the role as ARAC member and asked me if I want some repairs I said sure and he act like he was repairing but he was picklocking the hemmt box. I asked him ''what do I owe you'' and he replied ''The thing I take is far more valuable'' and took the truck. I texting him couple times. I texted the police 3 times they never responded.

I am curious to see the reasons why the driver of the SUV decided to drive the car in to the front of the Hemmit giving the driver no time to react. Another point i am curious about is why you are decding to shoot and the Hemmit without communcating to the driver first.
When the Hemmit stop dead and you crash in to him this could be caused by a number of factors.  Please Answer these questions for me
1.  Why did the SUV driver turn in to the front of the Hemmit

2. Why did you shoot at the hemmit before providng high quality roleplay first.

2. I did provide high quality roleplay in aluminium proccessing i couldn't take the video that long so i can't put it here but i did warn him before he stole the truck. If you want to get the idea of it here is another video not related to my report but he is doing his rp like this

1. I don't know the man who drives we just met there and he helped me chase those guys. Probably wants to hemmt to stop by stoping in front of them.

Still he should'nt be stealing cars nor stole the content of it even his friend tried to help him by pulling out another hemmt and while they are on the run they removed their clothes you can see it in the video.

(9.3.4) ARAC Members are not allowed to perform any illegal activities when they are in uniform. It is a purely role play activity.

So from what i can the man you are reporting is not wearning anysort of ARAC Uniform.  If he was then i would deal with this under the rule you have posted above.  I am more concered about you are happy to shoot at the truck without provding high quality roleplay towards him.  The driver of the SUV drove in front of the hemmit giving him no chance to react aswell.  Where they player has randomly stopped dead in the first video this could be caused by a number of factors which are out of my control.  I am going to be issuing you with a warning for shooting at the Hemmit without providing the driver with any sort of roleplay.
Please read over the server rules and rememeber to PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY ROLEPLAY before pulling your trigger

Your report has been dealt with, but perhaps not in the way you originally envisaged.

Whether this is beneficial or disadvantageous to you will depend entirely on the situation, and staff will have taken the most-appropriate action in the circumstances.
