After coming back to this community and finally taking a look at my ban report I was actually shocked. the incident report the "victim" posted stated at 6 in the morning he went to the copper mine where there were clearly shots being fired to come and "help" us with "our" mining run. Further more I was accusing Robert of chasing me before hand and in response he only posted a minute long video as proof he wasnt shooting my tire out at copper processing 20min before that? The utter disbelieve I am in that nobody could see through any of this. how could I and the other person -who I was in a gun fight with btw- be on a mining run together for this questionable player to come and help us!? The shots fired between me and the other miner are clearly visible in Roberts "evidence" for my ban as well as the distinct ts microphone muted sound as he came to land. Why would he do this? he was in chat with the admin "crumble" (who was responsible for my ban.) he didn't want to be heard robbing or RDMing us i suspect. After the situation didn't turn out in his favour he turned his audio back on in ts and cried wolf. Why did no one question or dig into at least one of the obvious holes in his story that are supported by his own evidence? Because at 6am GMT the only admin online was crumble and as is clear in the report he did not hesitate to process the ban report. At this point the admin who banned me has been offline for over 2 months and I cant even be sure about the player so there is no way for me to resolve this other then the unban appeal I made a day ago. This is most defiantly not a revenge post as after almost 2 years I cant even remember the voice of the admin or player.
