As me and my new friend come to the chop shop after chasing down someone. My new friend tom see this guy stealing my bloody SUV so. Luckily he gets the guy and as you can see in the video he knocks him out. This is when I decide that it will be a good idea to take the car thief with us since it would be great fun.
The person who I then ziptie restrain glitchs as I am escorting him to my car. I then turn around and kills him since I see what he is doing. He then afterwards disconnects from the game about 5 or so seconds later. He probably did this to save his own gear.
Could not contact the player about restrain glitching as he left the server and server restart went down 10mins later.
