I was testing out how much a backpack of weed is at the dealer because i heard there were changes to job prices and wanted to see how much a run would earn when at the dealer 2 armed rebels robbed a civie with a terrible initiation. I dont think this should warrant a ban but are warning because im pretty sure they are new.

Since I was there, due to the fact I'm his friend, I agree that the initiation was terrible, and yes he is new to the island, which I'm not. So since I'm the one that is learning him how to play this game, I would like to say, that it's my fault for not telling him how a proper initiation is. So instead of him having the warning, I should have it instead.
