I had been selling at the Drug Dealer, and on my way out a car follows me on the grass behind the store, moments later a truck shows up to -pushing me into a corner and keeps driving forth and back to prevent me from running away. I yell to the truck driver that he needs to pull away or I will shoot out his tire. On the way out of the truck, the driver yells partly from inside the cabin "This is a robbery". The two guys from the pick-up sits 100meters away yelling too. Accordingly to the Rules: 2./2.1 Partly VDM, using the truck to make me stop, when on foot - Rules 2./2.2 Partly RDM, shooting me from a great distance (Shooting without engaging in any form of quality RP) - Rules 7./7.1.4, "Put your hands up" and moments later shoot to kill without further RP. I asked them to take it to TS and I met with them in the [Rip] lobby were they mainly took turn in telling me how wrong I was in assuming that it was poor RP. There was no meeting in any settlement so I told them I was forced to take it to the forum, when one of them said "Was that a threat".. Therefor I'm making this report because I find it annoying that almost every robbery turns out this way.

I talked to Dane Jensen on ts and it dind't get resolved, due us both having different opinions on what is right and wrong. I strongly believe that I have done nothing wrong. 

You mention that I broke the VDM rule:

It is not VDM to use your vehicle to block someones path and at no point was I even close to hitting you.

I was the one driving the truck and the one that ended up killing you, so you did not get shot from a "great distance", you got shot from about 30 meters away. I initiated on you multiple times, as you can see in the video the first time I initiate is when I jump out of the truck and you come up right next to me. I decided to initiate again, again and again, because I wanted to make sure you had heard me and that I had given enough time for you to react and make a decision. You then decided to threaten our life by telling us that you will shoot us. 

Next time you get into a similar situation try to value your life and put your hands up. That could have let to a conversation and some roleplay.

That's why we have to let it be decided here -because we clearly have different opinions about what is good RP.

Three guys spending 1½min. of cornering a guy on foot, with Vehicles, and then claiming that I was the threatening part, is comic to me. You were all hiding in/behind your cars, moving in on me. Of course I threatens to shoot out your tires as a last resort -I didn't, not one shot. And yes you were three persons, so don't be like "You then decided to threaten our life"

Next time I get in a similar situation, will probably be tomorrow already, and that is what bothers me. I have no problem being robbed properly, luckily that happens some time too, and when it does I love the situations that can turn out. But this one episode, is just three guys spotting fast money, as you arrived at the dealer yourself -and saw me leaving, and as a result, comes out poor RP.

If this isn't poor RP - there have got to be some pretty lousy robberies out there, to be able to qualify as poor RP.

Clearly a mistype on my behalf. Would I go through the trouble otherwise!?

You had a gun out multiple people telling you to place your hands up and you're telling them that you are going to open fire and aiming a gun at them. They took the shot first after you not complying. If you would have assessed the situation and complied you most likely would have been able to Role-play and bargain your way out.
