As i approached the H.M.P Altis i noticed 2 men so i slowed to make sure i wasnt in a redzone,then went to continue on my way,as i passed he uttered "something or die"
Even with the earplugs i could barely hear him,I asked him to come to teamspeak to discuss a rdm as i hadnt heard the demand,He proceded to tell me to not talk shit & telling me he said "Stop or Die" After reviewing the video on high sound i was able to hear him say Slow/Stop or Die,Which im considering to be Poor Rp instea dof rdm,However had he just discussed this with me we could have come to a understanding as i prefer to not report people and would rather teach them & help them.
I did inform him that i would wait in teamspeak for another 5 mins before i went to the Filing step and waited for another ten or so just to give him a chance.
