We were persuing a truck from one of the sellers, then noticed a guy who crashed. I got out, stole some money like the hobo i am. Started to initiate on a truck that we were following. And got shot about 5 seconds after by the RG guy. The truck was not with RG as the guy admitted to me. He said because I shot near him and his gang mates, that's enough initiation.

[SIZE=14.6667px]My gang members and I were set up at our blockade doing what we do best. I personally was set up across the road where I killed "Goose" on a hill. Not the mountains but a hill just across the road. One gang member was confronted by the cops about 100m down the road towards kavala you'll here him pointing it out in his video. Meanwhile "Goose" and his gang members come down the road, stop, turn around and come back and are greeted with the front end of a transport truck to their front end. "Goose" then proceeds to get out and at this point I can't tell you what he was doing because I was focused on our gang member down the road with the police officer. Suddenly my attention was turned to "Goose" opening fire down the road towards my gang member. My initial thoughts and reactions were as so, My first thought was that he was shooting at the cops and my gang member and my reaction to it was obviously to take him out. But before I even shoot at him I asked one of my gang members on the hill with me if they were shooting at the gang member down the road and he said yes then i fired which about the time he was putting away his weapon. Later I was shown the video and obviously I was wrong. Seeing I was wrong I attempted to apologize to Goose seeing that I was wrong but he was to upset to even listen to an apology in which i would have asked if he wanted comp. but he didn't even lose anything in my recollection and instead hot headedly made this report. In no scenario did I attempt to RDM anyone and in my defense I was protecting my gang member. As for breaking RP I said i have it on video evidence know i've only been on this server for a week and havent rped before but I quickly corrected myself by saying on my gopro. Note that LCN and RG aren't on the best of terms and have not been for sometime. I apologize again if this is considered RDM but know it wasn't intentional it was in defense of my people.[/SIZE]

 
'hotheadedly' made the report. I sent you 3 messages on teamspeak which after almost 20 minutes you didn't reply to, I also attempted to contact you on side chat. You proceeded to not apologise, but tell me it was not RDM, and that I was the one in the wrong very verbally, IN GAME. I then said to you, if that was how you felt, I would just go to the Altis government site. Your response was to very quickly message me on teamspeak, and we had a further discussion on there. Again, no apology, you just tried to insinuate you had the right to shoot me without initiation, because I was shooting near your gang members. You implied that I had initiated myself, when i started shooting. To say that I was too upset to even listen is a lie, since we must have spoke for more than 15 minutes in total. Where you didn't offer comp, you didn't say you made a mistake. You just repeatedly told me that I was wrong, and decided to pick holes in a statement I made about the cops being 250m down the road. As to what I lost, I lost the money you saw me pick up in the video, plus the 90k I had on me. I also lost the silencer on my weapon, another 150k. So thats almost 400k. Which I didn't even ask you to comp. I didn't once mention it, or expect it.

Had you just jumped into the LCN lobby and spoke to me like I asked originally, and let us clear this up. I would never have put the report up. But your arrogance really left me no other choice. I even said to you, if you don't think what you did was wrong, then I will just put the report up to which you didn't say much and then we left the channel and stopped talking.

I've only been on this server for a week and a half now. Before entering my friend made me read every rule and after I did he gave me a quiz on them and wouldnt let me join the server until I didnt get a question wrong. He said "this server is really strict so dont mess up". This week and a half has genuinely been the most fun i've had for a very long time because of this server. I love its people. I love its realism and atmosphere. I would never do anything to be ban from this server and especially not over just killing someone for "fun". Im done trying to fight this "goose" character. I get along well with everyone on the server and along the way have even made a few friends. He seems to be the only person I have had issues with and its almost the same way for the rest of the members in the gang im involved in. He's continuously trying to get our members ban and is ruining the whole experience for me and my friends. If you need to ban me for this "offense" that ive committed so be it. I'm done arguing with him and his lying manipulative ways are just frustrating me even further. Know your loosing someone that actually cares about the server and the people in it if you ban me. Again im sorry to everyone this effects. This has been a great experience for me and I hope I can continue it. As for the last part of his second defense he had already posted a report before even speaking with me on the TS and I didnt see the notifications of the messages he sent me until we were actually talking. I even apologized to him for missing his messages. It seems all he wants to do is get me ban. 

 
Oh, if you want to bring up the 'members I'm trying to get banned' please give examples. I had a very lengthy discussion with a few of your members on rules that they had broke and explicitly told them I didn't want to get them banned. I was merely trying to help them out. But sure thing bud. All i do is play to get people banned on this server. I didn't even want to get you banned(I still don't), but as I said your attitude just wasn't right for someone who had RDM'd so I decided to just upload it the forums.

This is the same gang that laughs and jokes about the roleplay of raping someone. But okay.

I close this report if I still can, I wouldn't have had to make it if you had spoke to me in a mature manner before hand.

I'm sorry, but did you gang not kidnap me and Poseidon last night, and then use rape as a punishment if he didn't do what you said? I also have it on the word of one of your gang members 'Yeah, they were all laughing and joking around in the teamspeak when it happened'

Yes we did kidnapped you, no none of our gang members used the term rape I already clarified this with you in Team speak multiple times. But there was a member of a different gang that was with us that did. Do not affiliate my gang with it when the person who decided to use it was not even part of us. Now if you choose to peruse a report on him free to you, but do not insult me, and my gang by saying we did.

Already resolved it, but when sweeny decides to try and tell me that I am attempting to get your gang banned, I'll defend that fact. Your gang broke multiple rules yesterday, yet do you see a report? No.

If you believe we broke rules make a report, and provide proof with it if you can't don't throw around that statement. Now your dispute with Sweeny has nothing to do with why I'm here on this topic that is between you and him.

I just said, i spoke to the members involved and I don't want to make a report. So I'm not going to. If you want the proof, then you're asking me to report you?

No, I'm asking for you to provide proof of our gang doing so if you're going to make accusations like that. Now if you feel the need to report me to provide proof then free will to you.

 
Fuck it, I'm not arguing anymore. You had a heated discussion with me on TS yesterday as well, where you tried to tell me what an awful person I was. So I'm not going to respond. If you're so desperate for the proof, when the situation is resolved and the guys even admitted to what they did wrong. Thats up to you to talk to your gang.

Dagre, If you do have evidence of the rape rp, please send it to myself, thesoldier or crumble on teamspeak.

As for RG, based on this your role play as a whole needs to improve significantly, Rape role play is completley unacceptable.
