Hello, me and my friend were robbing some guys, we've told them to put their hands up and drop their gear, but a truck came and vdmed one of the guy, this guy took advantage of the situation and shot me and my friend, it was totally fail RP as I was waiting him to stand up. I tried to resolved it with him but he said it's full RP and there was no problem that I could go on and report him. Sadly he didn't want to fix the problem.

He also lies, he says in the message that I had my back turned when he killed me as you can see.

Since he wasn't the VDM'er, I don't feel comfortable banning him just for shooting after being VDM'd. He did not have his hands up when he was VDM'd, so he is not required to return to that position after being VDM'd. It may be slightly dodgy, but I wouldn't really call it banworthy, to be perfectly honest. I will warn the player in question and will keep an eye on him.
