Please (in detail) describe the incident

So me and my friend (J.dog) were selling our glass at the glass trader when we see a car pulling up and a guy jumping out. We were mid air flying when the person said if we fly off our engine will be disabled (Initiated when engine was on) and there was someone shooting at our engine before he was done initiating not giving us time to even process what happened. And this made us land and thats when they arrived to the area where we landed and thats where a gunfight happened. Later on in teamspeak they deny initiating on the heli and says that he initiated on j.dog knowing he didn't so we show proof of him initiating at the heli that was already in the air. ("they didn't give us even 1 second and started shooting") In teamspeak he also accuses us of power gaming and says that we kept our engine on so we can't get initiated on. And that is not the case as alot of people keep their engine on so if they see trouble coming they can fly off without having to get robbed. While we're talking to him on teamspeak he just interrupts us by leaving the channel and saying we can do what we want about the situation. The person that was shooting at us before the initiation said anything about disabling engine didn't want to tell who he was as he was a coward and didn't want to face the consequences.

This leads to us having to report Reiss for poorly initiating and poor rp as we were given nothing else than bullets hitting our helicopter.

So we see the huron landing at glass trader so i decide to go over to the huron and initiate on the guys that are doing the glass, i tried to initiate guy running to the huron, after the guy gets into the heli i tell them if they try to fly away the engine will be shot, i agree the guy who shot at the huron was a tad too quick on the trigger but i should not be responsible for the guy who shot, i didn't shoot because i knew it was quite poor and thats why i didn't shoot, i do not have a recording of myself initating on the guy running to the heli but the pilot KNEW i was initiating on the guy thats why he was screaming HES INITIATING

We spoke in teamspeak and none of your gang members owned up to shooting. Even though you admitted someone shot. Aside from that your initiation was terrible as you gave us no time to respond to your request as well as you telling us to not take off whilst already had taken off. Also side note on the shooting situation, you must of radioed to your gang to shoot seem as there is no way your friends in the area could of heard the initiation.

You also reject our ask for compensation.
