A friend of mine and I were just looking at a friend who crashed his car. So my friend got revived by the NHS, so we took off to the airport. Then Reece Triton (the player I'm reporting) drove up to us and randomly started shooting and he had assistance from a helicopter with a sharpshooter in it. Then I died, so did my friend a couple of seconds later, and they drove back to me. They took my friend and me to the checkpoint (safe place) and executed the both of us without ever telling a reason why started shooting at us. So I tried to contact the guy in the chat but he did never replied to me but I don't really think he needs a permanent ban but at least I would like to get my weapon back because it had cost me a lot of time to earn it.
Okay. Here my POV as it all started from me. ( I have no footage of this situation cause nothing went wrong. no rule breaks on Poseidon's behalf ) Okay so i'm on patrol and i see a dude near a hemmit box truck with his gun out so i call it over the radio and jump out and ask him whats he doing. he tells me his friends are being robbed so i look over and there's another hemit a red SUV a quillin and a white van. I jump back in my MB drive over and the quillin and van starts to drive off so i follow as i am telling fellow members over comms. we pass south checkpoint and the white van rams the red SUV and VDMs it i jump out and initiate on the tyres and he drives off so i shoot at the tyres and it slows down the van but it went out of my sights so i ran back to my MB and went back in pursuit at this point the heli full of Poseidon arrives and has eyes on. at this point when i see the quillin again the guy from the van has gotten into the quillin gunner seat. The qillin has come back around and went to south checkpoint and then turned around and went back into queensland as i was getting back into my MB the guy in the gunner seat pops one shot off at me with no words and misses so i tell everyone over comms i took fire. This is the point where Marks videos starts coincidently and you see me in my MB behind him, you see in the video he reloads his gun after this. so then the heli members (Reece) shoots the gunner seat guy and after about a minute more of pursuit the driver crashes and over turns the quillin so i jump out and tell him to get out and not pull a gun or he will be shot. we zip tie him and put him in the can go to his downed friends grab him and took them to south checkpoint (not a safe area by the way) and one get executed and the other one was explained to him why he was being chased and shot at as follows. As we explained these you didnt care and was given your last words and meal to witch you said to me (you can have a fag cake) and you said the same to the last words and all. All members of Poseidon makes sure all situations are done properly cause we get into a lot of them we do not willy nilly shoot at people. Are comms channels are full of members that ask and ask again has initiation been made and we will not risk anything otherwise.
Secondly. You added that you tried to contact us... We did not recieve anything from yourself at all. We got a radio that one of our posideon memebers had been shot at to. Too at which point we pursed you in a heli and i managed to shoot yourself out of the car. As jessie stated, no rules were broken on our behalf.
We were at salt lake fuel dealing with a robber who decided to have his friend try and shoot us when Jessi came over ts and told us he was witnessing two hemmits being robbed by what looked to be a white van and quillin. We finished up at salt lake and headed over to him whilst flying over he told us he had lost eyes on the van and wasn't sure where he had gone so we asked for vehicle details with the aim to reinitiate on them them if we got eyes on.We saw a quillin matching the description at telos and went to land and see if it was the same people.As we were doing this Jessi informs us that he has the quillin jumping the checkpoint and coming towards him so we fly over.As we arrive and Jessi comes into view you can hear shots go off and Jessi telling us they have in fact opened fire on him.This happened literally as we arrived over head and some of the people on the left side of the chopper saw them shoot at him.At this point they had fired upon a Poseidon member in front of us and we were fully within our rights to return fire which we did killing two people one of which was Mark.
After this we apprehended a third person and place them inside our jeep and take him back to south checkpoint.On the way there we came across one of the people we killed on the road .The difference between my vidio and marks is his audio is not muted at the end when he threatens to report me and then tell me to enjoy my ban i gave him opportunity to correct himself on both occasions and then slotted him.
Went inside the command building where Jessi and Daanv were talking. Daanv was told why he was about to be executed asked if he wanted his final meal to which he replied "One F****t cake for you" Whilst this doesn't really offend me in any way it's not acceptable behavior.
From my personal point of view this was a clean shoot Mark and his friends should maybe go back and have a really good read of rules for the server because if Mark had not posted this report I was seriously considering making my own.
After reviewing your report along with the comments made by the people whom were involved.
I'd like to ask for a video that is up to 3-5 minutes long before the incident occurs as it sounds like there is much more to the story that is not seen in the video.
