Please (in detail) describe the incident

We lock picked a HEMTT box of weed at kavala drug dealer as people were selling and we drove off with it. We were then pursued by 2 HEMTT boxes from the dealer, then one crashed so it was just the one HEMTT box. We made are way to the old factory just north of the kavala gold buyer. Our truck had stopped and so did the tailing truck, so I hopped out of my hatchback sport and started initiation. I said 'Get the F%%k out of the truck without a...' and then the guy hopped out and started shooting. So I didn't actually get chance to finish my full initiation. I did go to member support and I got three opinions, but the overall opinion was RDM. I did speak to Reece in TeamSpeak but he then left for a while and said he's been told he's done nothing wrong, so he doesn't mind if it goes to the forums so.. here we are.

I got nothing to say other than if a guy points a gun at you and tells you to get out of the vehicle it's threatening behaviour and I acted on that know backup wasn't far out!

 
Okay i've re watched the footage and it was Tommmy Shelby that said that about Gen. blaze. 

 
Jord can I ask why the person in the front henmet broke extremely hard? Which caused me to crash and loose all my tires 

 
On the video it shows him slowly stopping on the corner as we were going to take you hostage as you continued to follow us, and you drove into him.

So let me get this right. Jord is clearly recording and reporting, Reece is clearly in the second HEMTT, and Tommmy Shelby is apparently metagaming. Correct?

My questions as things stand: Who was in the first HEMTT, and who was the original owner of the stolen weed?

 
Im not 100% of the 1st HEMTT driver but he was in my gang. Also the weed belonged to a member of the UNMC.

I did mention Gen. Blaze as an on going joke, saying in 2036 google glass tells you who's waking up etc, 

 
The driver of the first hemmet was john Dillinger and was stolen from us while we were Roleplaying a 8 or 9 truck drug run was fun until it got interrupted 

 
Stealing a truck isnt against the rules it happens on countless occasions daily, playing music down a mic fullblast isn't the best of RP so we didn't 'interupt' much.

I do apologize for interrupting your roleplay but we see 8 trucks at drug dealer and im online with 10 of my gang mates and you dont expect to get hit, really ? 

I could see it was UNMC in the drug dealer and thought for abit of banter i would see if i could get sneaky and lock pick a truck and steal it instead of running in with the usual " hands up its a robbery " and causing a gun fight.

I was indeed the lead hemmit in the video but on my video when i look back before we get to the collision on the corner you were about a good 8 to 9 truck lengths behind me.

We had i believe 9 guys following me and saw this as a opportunity to take you hostage as you were clearly by yourself so i slowed down gradually to stop to engage you and you rear ended me.

In my honest opinion it looked like you tried to hit me to cause me damage so it gave your buddies a chance to catch up and retrieve their stolen hemmit.

I have video of the incident and can upload if requested to do so.

 
Never once said it was a rule break also the music was all part of the RP we didn't just go to the dealer and start playing, anyway let's keep this on topic

Looked like I tried to hit you? I was close too you and then you broke hard I don't know if it was intentional and I'm not even saying it was!

This report has been a struggle for me as the whole situation plays out right on the edge of the rules. Suffice to say I'm not happy with the situation as a whole, but I have done my best to come to an honest and unbiased conclusion.

Reece - I think your actions in the moments before dying were wholly unacceptable to say the least, and I do consider it essentially RDM. I could see no quality RP from either side, and so anyone that fired under those conditions would be up for RDM instead.

Saying that, I would also consider stealing a HEMTT full of weed from under the nose of a large group of armed men at the drug dealer to be enough initiation of RP to warrant returning fire, and as such I will be denying this report. For my own ease I'll group this in with the common sense rule; If you just stole a lot of money, don't complain when you get shot by the owner.

Regardless of the outcome, you should take note Reece - RDM applies if no quality RP has been initiated before hand. Looking at the situation you were in, the only good option you had was to go peacefully and stall for backup, yet you still chose to kill and be killed. This is a good example of a situation that could have resulted in good RP (for the police if not your groups), but instead ended in a report.

I expect more from both parties.
