Please (in detail) describe the incident
We approached Smugglers outpost in a boat to see why there were multiple helicopters on the roof's etc , and to see what they were doing there . we knew it was UNMC because they had ATC'ed everyone to say airspace is closed , we knew they couldnt do anything to us because we were in a moving vehicle and therefore couldnt initiate. You can hear me say theres nothing they can do itll be rdm . We can hear them vaguely shouting and i can make out some of it , and i repeat some of it , however it wasnt totally clear , and for the sake of rp it would have been impossible to hear over the roaring of the outboard. they start shooting in our general directions , presumably warning shots so we leave , as we are leaving i start getting shot as does JK , one of the things we could vaguely make out was ' stop or the boat will be disabled' which we disregarded as we would not have been able to hear it irl . In any case i was shot dead by Reece Smurf despite disregarded warnings only being directed at the boat and not our lives . During resolution Kevin whom had shot JK dead , was in the process of telling JK that he would fully comp him as he had only meant to shoot the boat , at this point Reece came into the liason room , denied have shot at me despite taking several direct shots at me , refused to provide video , and said he would only comp if we would prove it . After resolution had seemingly finished , Reece and i continued to exchange messages in ts , in which he continued to ask for proof, He then proceeded to Accuse me of baiting and assumed that was why i wont show video . I suggested it would be impossible to consider an unarmed person guilty of baiting . By very definition baiting would require an intent to exchange fire after causing them to initiate , which after they shot at us we did not exchange fire. It should be notedd that we had previously been in a hummingbird and had flown over the area and recieved ATC warnigns stating the airpace was closed , which is why we went back by boat . also that we have an interest in knowing what these guys were doing given the proximity to our gangbase.
