Please (in detail) describe the incident
Myself, DSGT Phil and PC Semaj2000 were talking to a suspect regarding an Armed robbery committed moments before. While Roleplaying outside the Agios Garage we are VDM'd by a man in a Tempest transport. While still in the VDM animation the VDMer exits his vehicle and uses 1 bullet from his pistol to kill me. Afterwards he falls out of frame and mulitple shots from his weapon can be heard and in chat DSGT Phil was killed. It is clear that no words were exchanged from myself or my patrol members with the Vdmer. After the situation was said and done he refused to reply to in game messages and no explanation was given.
