approached a telos fuel which was being robbed had no weapon on my person. my teammate had a weapon on his back he went in saying hello buddy at which point they just shot him with no initiation once they had been taken out the proceded to break RP / use racist slur again asked to go to ts which they carried on the rants stating we failed rp. there is discord chatter in backgroud

So telos fuel was being robbed and me and my mates decided to see whats up i walked into the fuel station with a mx on my back and said hello and fishcakesnow started shooting i ran outside and redhawk42 shot and killed me then after in teamspeak he said that "i had my gun in my hand pointing at him" and "i didnt have to say i was gonna shoot you" and "i dont care loads of other servers to play on" they also broke roleplay when they died saying that we broke roleplay even tho they never let us roleplay because we were shot on sight and called me a idiot and a fuck in occ and said my name. clearly had no regards for the rules and only cared about themselves

Reports merged, both from the exact same situation.

This is a clear cut case of RDM, The was no iniation from any of the 3 involved Fishcakesnow never tried to RP at any point and just shot. The other 2 followed suit. As they are all involved in the situation and will know what is going. It is their choice to get involved and to ensure the required initiation has been done.  

All 3 will be banned for RDM.
