Please (in detail) describe the incident

So there was a man in Kavala giving out free parachute rides, I hopped in to find out that when we were descending after the ride (as I was co-pilot) the guy just crashed straight into the ground, he then repeatedly decided to deny resolving. He then blamed me for entering the helicopter.

Why do you think this is VDM? Don't you think that this is your fault for getting into someone heli and that he might have been a bad pilot?

I do agree though, personally I think that this was VDM because he deliberatley  turned it over and refused to move around and avoid crashing. Also the rest of the flight was fine apart from the descending part.

It's your own fault for getting into someone else's heli who you don't know which they could do anything, although by doing that he did risk peoples lives within Kavala which indeed is somewhat breaching the server rules and would be classed as trolling.
