first of he did a bank operations with only 8 cops on the server.
We got a text that someone was doing a bank operations, when i walked up to the bank to talk to them about what was going on Raul straight up shoot me, While his freinds was lockpicking the front door. Right after i was dead my fellow police officer shoot Christian and Raul.

First of all i cant really see clearly where i killed you, the chat is too blurry, I dont see my name there. And second thing, IF i killed you

 That is  a rule :  The Police will always send in a unarmed negotiator in a marked police car who will drive up to the entrance and make himself known. This is part of the treasury robbery process. You can either start roleplay with the negotiator, or decline negotiations by asking him to leave. You cannot kill him - he must leave, and if killed it is bannable. You also may not kidnap the negotiator.

Look in the video, you were armed, and you were not in the car, so you are not the negociator.
