So I came to rebel in a heli and was about to gear to go do some runs with my mate, as soon as I start hovering above rebel and I am about to land he start spraying the helicopter so I wait til he leaves then land, I hear him roll up with the engine off and I buy a pistol and hide as you can see in the video and then I shoot him he almost dies and he combat logs mid fight, his reason for this random combat log just then and there behind the car after almost dying because he really wanted to kill me was "My brother had to use the PC" He came on again maybe 5 minutes after this incident. My game crashed and when I came on again he came on shortly after.

I did talk to him in side channel but his lame excuse and the attitude about a combat log was just weird and not very good. He just simply said K when I talked to him and said that combat logging is not the lightest of offenses in this community.

Sorry for the bump. I wasn't gonna report initially but when I saw his attitude towards breaking the rules I decided to maybe he'll learn a lesson.

 
I`m apologize for the attitude i had when we were talking about what happened .  My brother was litterally keen on getting to the computer  because he had to resolve some business really quick , and i just let the game still work (not on the server thought) . I am really sorry and i am looking forward to solve this on teamspeack ... and if you want ,  talk about a compensation for what happened .

No compensation needed I didn't die or anything like that. But you really disregarded the rules in side chat as well.

 
when i was speacking to you , i was being chased by a shady red SUV ( however they robbed me ) and i couldn't type more than just "K" , i wanted to message you after this but i didn't see you anymore . The compensation is a sign of respect , don't refuse it pls

 
I will not require video of the initial incident in which your helicopter was sprayed as this has not been disputed by @Luci

Unfortunately Luci, this looks like a blatant combat log to me in which you realised you were about to die and lose your gear! You are responsible for your computer use, and you do not simply hand over your PC to someone else during a situation like this. It's a poor excuse and it's not unreasonable to ask them to wait a few minutes.  If you have a set up were someone can demand instant access to your PC whilst you're playing on rpuk, then you should probably re-think playing at all.

I see also you have two previous bans for flouting our rules. It would appear you're one of these players who doesn't learn or isn't interested in playing fair.
