Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was landed on an office building roof to check what was going on, I got out to have a chat. The chat was fine until some other guy came up and was very hostile (for a silly reason in my opinion since I already said I was leaving "his roof&quot. I got knocked out and ziptied (by Jhouxie) I tried telling them my friends won't be happy but I didn't get the chance to finish my sentence. The people that ziptied me called me a hostage but I wasn't getting any (fun) RP, I was told to stop talking or I would get killed. A gunfight broke out and I was shot by a third party while ziptied and comms taken. Once I was dead I got executed by Raptor without a word while me and him were not in a gunfight with each other. I also think the quality of me getting/being ziptied was not great but that's another thing.

I tried contacting Raptor to resolve this but he did not reply.

Hello mate as I was part of the situation on the top of the roof I shall respond to this report. On your video we can clearly see a klr tag on the side of the aircraft from which you decamp. After your friends abandon you we take you hostage and start taking shots. I believe it was a tracer round that I saw flying up to the roof. The rule you have mentioned states on the last line "The only exception to this rule is if you and the other party are in a gunfight" as the fight was between klr and relic we had all the right to execute you in the manner we did

I did indeed get out of a KLR heli but I was not engaged in a gunfight, I was knocked out before I could say that my friends wouldn't be happy about putting my hands up. I was a hostage from the first second the gunfight broke out. The rule clearly states "if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together" how can I be in a gunfight with Raptor if I have my gun holstered, then I am knocked out then ziptied and taken hostage? I wasn't even killed by a member of your group, I was killed by someone else and you take advantage of that and execute me. 

And taking me hostage because I am on "your roof" while I am trying to leave, said that I was getting out and hotmiced that I called in a pickup is not something I would consider "roleplay to a very high quality" (6.1.1) Taking hostages must be roleplayed to a very high quality.

The reason which we took you hostage was because you decamped on the roof when the situation was clearly become more hostile. It's a strategy that we have seen from KLR multiple times. In addition to this the roof is a vantage point on the entire area of kavala. You decamped when there was clearly 2 armed rebels set up on the roof and a spooled up hellcat. Common sense dictates that you were attempting to gather a combat advantage. To add to this when we were iniciating on you. You moved to he ledge of the roof and as soon as you were knocked out we were under fire from KLR. Since we knew you were involved (decamping from a marked helicopter, under fire as soon as we knock you out) we were very positive you were involved with the group. The thing with the rule is that the victim must be associated with the gunfight somehow. Meaning either a member of gang, shooter or a scout. Since you were a member you were executed on the same grounds as others.

This situation is one which I can see why there is a sense of injustice by the reporting party as a result of the manner in which he was executed in. Please see rule (A6.1.3) - Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together. It is fair to say that at the time of Josh Jackson's execution, Relic and his group KLR were actively engaged in a gunfight. Hence I wil put a strong emphasis on:  the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together. As a result of this, this situation falls under that exception. It is due to this that I will be declining this report.
