I was minding my own business in kavala greenzone while waiting on gang members to meet me there. I was sitting in the parking space when I decided to move due to cars coming down the road. I wanted to park in a more secured spot next to the road signs. As I started driving a man who I identified using the keychain system named Ragnar decided to unload a clip through my car window. I then drove next to him in order to receive his name. After that incident I parked again while still waiting for gang members and he decided to lockpick my car multiple times. I confronted him and he just ran off then came back to do it again. After he stopped lockpicking he shot another man running down the street. I asked him to come into ts to resolve but he said it would crash his pc.
