An ally and I were robbing a person (at the drug dealer in Kavala) by telling him to stop doing what he was doing. After we managed to control the situation by him having his hands on his head, he disappeared (logged-out). Even though we robbed him we wanted to take his handgun and eventually take him to the police for doing dirty business. I wanted to ask him to come on Teamspeak or meet somewhere to talk about this issue but I couldn't because of he logged-out.

well, either you tried to resolve it or not. 
It is still a rulebreak. It is very clear he logged out in order to save something he had on him. 
Thats a breach of rule 2.5 combat log.
