I arrived at the scene with our police car and then I was trying to roleplay and ask him what he got on his back. After it took a little while and he didn't really respond I realised something was on and I wanted him to drop the illegal rifle on the ground. After that he just turned around and shot me without talking to me.

Well, technically you did threaten his life... so it is not RDM...

...also, you did give him A LOT of time to figure out what he should do etc... and if you want to look at this in real terms, he would have been able to turn quite fast.

One thing that does worry me a bit, One Shot... why do you not have your taser drawn, and why are you not being more defensive... he has an illegal rifle dammit!
