Please (in detail) describe the incident: PJ's POV:
Ballas are at war with Triads at this point. I have just picked up Yacob and Tyson and took them to hospital as me and Dazz are medics in this situation. We get radio'd to save Cal and Chloe when we're leaving Sandy hospital. We get there and we land, and nothing was said by the police. I land, and as I do no shots are being let off. Chloe starts to run to the helicopter, and she does before anything is said they start firing at the helicopter, at me the pilot and dazz the passenger when we were no threat to life and just trying to save Cal. At no point did any of us shoot, pose a threat or threaten any of the police here, yet we were shot down by multiple firearms for no reason.

As seen in Cal's clip, Chloe was told to put Cal down, which she didn't do and told the police to leave. She was defending Cal and shooting at Triads with no intentions of hurting police. I believe if the police wanted to take action on Chloe (as she was by herself) they would have prior to shooting the helicopter.

I've asked, he doesn't. I do think from both clips though you can see clearly it is when the helicopter is about to take off that chloe is shot due to her picking up a body and the helicopter is disabled as well as myself you can see takes damage from the bullets too when in that 5 minute clip I have sent I have clearly just come for Cal to take him to hospital. No prior interaction at all other than "put him down" from Ryan. Certainly no instructions given to Chloe either about what would happen if she picked up Cal at that point.

Therefore a longer video would be needed as there's clearly things that have happened prior the begining of Cal's video, to establish full context of the situation that unfolds.

Chloe says she didn't shoot at them, quite clearly in that clip and I'm sure police can confirm if they were to add their POV. 

As for police telling chloe she would be shot if she picked Cal up, sure. That happened. In the moment it is very quiet I didn't even hear it at first until you pointed it out and still doesn't in my opinion warrant police shooting at the helicopter I was flying with no RP whatsoever when clearly you can see the intentions of mine and Dazz's actions when coming to pick Chloe and Cal up. 

As for my personal possessions, I didn't lose anything of any value I just think the situation could have gone a lot better even if it was something as simple as a warning to not take off aa they had plenty of time to do so from the time I landed to the time we took back off.

Ah my bad, rewatched it again and I can hear the DIDNT now from Chloe.

Still I would require a longer video, if you can get one that will be great ,because this situation is very hard to judge from the clips provided, it feels like there is more to it than just the bits shown.

From Cal's POV I am unable to provide it.

From my POV absolutely, I can give more evidence.

I believe in this video from where I was sent the GPS to where chloe said police are getting involved on radio, Cal's POV picks up straight away nearly, meaning the RP between Chloe and Cal would have started right around the time of the video starting just being that one or two sentences from Ryan.

As you can see Chloe's GPS wasn't too accurate so obviously she's had to move from the skate park where she sent the GPS to the road and in that time of that happening, that's when Ryan starts saying to drop Cal. Police at that time were not at the skate park when Chloe was sending the GPS. The situation I think clearly shows there was no quality RP between either parties before being shot randomly out the sky trying to take people to hospital where Ballas posed no threat to life at all to any police officer here.

Fair enough, one thing I will say though before I close is more directed towards @Chloe Shinoda-AdamsYou seemed to be using radio a lot when you were carrying Cal and it looked like you were chatting on it purely due to the fact that you would run faster at least to me it looked like it a bit. (This is a known bug atm as it makes you run faster using radio while carrying) Just be careful going forwards as it might be seen as explooiting, that is all.
