Hi. Me and a few gang members went to the blackmarket. While being there Pvt. Panda and Pvt. Will R both kept shouting and denying any chance at roleplay. I tried to calmly ask why and try to roleplay with them. They did not want to roleplay at all. I arrived with my weapon on my back which Will R still kept shouting that he felt threatend by it. After trying to rp with them I get told to put the gun away or I will be shot where I still try to rp cus there RP feet really rushed and horrible. While I had my gun out Pvt. Panda walked up to me and knocked me out from the front. I did have it "lowered" which I feel doesn't really change the knocking out from the front since it takes a split second to get your gun up, and I had 2 gang members behind me while their focus was turned to me. This felt like shit rushed rp denying any chance of having a fun rp scenario for everyone.
I didn't tick the resolved box as per request by Panda.
I did have a short chat with Panda and Will but I felt like they ganged up on me and we didn't get anywhere. I also went to staff to get an input from them seeing as the situation was a bit weird.

In UNMC lands you shouldn't have your weapon out anyways, Also we gave you plenty of chance to put your weapon away and you didn't comply. Also Panda asked you to come to team speak and you didn't want to resolve it further. Everyone gets the same treatment in our lands.

Which one was it? I think every party here has been in a situation where the reporting party hasn't wanted to resolve the situation for what ever reason. I find this incredibly unfair. People expect people to resolve situations with them before they report yet aren't willing to do the same before they put a report up.

@FabioHoeg You state that you had a short chat with the two UNMC Soldiers yet you felt "ganged up on" - This is why we have a Join for Support Room. We have (now more than ever) dedicated and willing Staff Team Members on hand to help mediate between two parties in situations like this. 

I feel as if this could have and should have been resolved fully on teamspeak. In my personal opinion, the roleplay from the UNMC wasn't the best however they did indeed give you a lot of time to comply which you refused to do. 

Please make contact with each other tomorrow (04/03/2017) and find either myself or another Staff Member and attempt another resolution. 

Please post back here with the outcome, I hope it to be a successful interaction however will continue the report based on said outcome.

 
May I add we are in the UNMC liason room with FabioHoeg and, FabioHoeg wanted to move up to the staff support room, which me and Panda moved straight up to and you didn't join us and we couldn't find you on Teamspeak, so we couldn't contact you. We would have been quite happy to resolve the situation there and then. 

Anyways let us know what sort of time you would like to be on ts, so we can resolve this.

Fluqi I feel like you think i'm this bad guy reporting everyone without resolving it. I feel like you think of me like this due to the report on me and Bill, and the Report I made about 2  UNMC member without resolving which I removed the day after cus I hadn't tried resolving it.

Will, Panda and some random UNMC guy gave me horrible attitude, when I stated what I felt they had done wrong the started laughing saying something along these lines "hahaha if you really want me to get in trouble over this you're petty haha" they asked if I wanted them to get a general where I said "no, let's go to staff i'll move down when the video is ready" Them saying they couldn't find me in ts is a lie considering one of them joined the channel while I was waiting for my video to upload saying "everything is fine, you can leave."

 
I wasn't linking to or thinking of a direct situation when I wrote what I wrote. Both parties have been in similar situations. 

You didn't say that in the beginning, which is why I posted what I posted. However, it appears that both parties have differing sides to the story and thus be still requesting you guys get together in teamspeak to discuss this, with a Staff Member being present. If a situation arises that you don't have the same story then I can ofcourse fall back onto the Staff Member that was with you and present in the attempted resolution.

Okay enough time has passed so I'm going to deal with this report as per usual.
The roleplay of the UNMC soldiers was not the greatest however if you are in there lands you have to go by there rules.
Having said this you were given enough time to comply.
You also said that they were denying you roleplay however you could have roleplayed your way out of what ever came after you was going to be restrained.
From all that we have here I'm going to deny this report however for future references please if you have different opinions come to staff channels.
