We saw a blackfish at Uranium Refinery and went towards it to rob it from them. So me and my gangmate hoverd above the blackfish and I dropped my gangmate off. He then started to talk to the guy in the blackfish to get out the blackfish and then the guy went up with his blackfish even though I was still above him hovering and crashed in to me and killed me.

I went in to the channel where the guy was and asked him if he would compensate me for my gear and told him that it was VDM etc. But he said to me I couldnt see what was above me, because I was radiation sick. I told him that I cant know that and that is not my fault that you are radiation sick should have bought the clothing or something idk. And then they started giving me a shit attitude and said thats the risk of hovering above someone so go ahead and report me I have done nothing wrong so here I am.

Yes as for that.

What happened to my side of story is that i was there at the refinery and when i seen the black hellcat coming i got into my V44x quickly but at that time (do note as i walked to the blackfish the radiation sickness kicked in with the blurred screen.

So i had a friend who told me to get out of there i waited a sec cuss i tried get visual back or see if could find a black spot what would be that hellcat but i did not se it.

my friend kept urge to get off ground.

so i took for take off still not knowning where the hellcat was.

And thats when we collided. (my friend told me his rotors gave way first but i am not sure of it)

As for his friend walkin up to me and telling me to get out i have not once heared anybody speak to me in anymatter except my friend over TS.

When he came to our channel and asked he was alrdy having a little altitude and instant demanding an refund.

and asking why i VDmed him.

I told him that i was radiation sick and that i had no seen him above me.

as well i told him i had not ONCE heared anyone in game speak to me.

(i hear this iniate any for first time on this youtube link they provided at day i post this)

he called BS to that and said they clearly iniated.

i next went to explain that i THOUGHT that when 1 chopper goes fly above an other chopper / plane to do such action it was they ACCEPT the risk that such thing can happen and if so their loses.

he kept demand refund and was impossible to speak to him properly cuss when i said i thought that as well when do such action its accept the risks of it and such and told him i had heared nothing and could not see a damned thing.

when i felt that the conversation was not going anywhere i said to him to take it to the forums as i was not going to argue hours and not get anywhere.

I NEVER had raised an altitude to him!

did i get aggivated? maybe a bit but i tried stay polite,

i only maybe raised my voice once or twice as they kept cutting me off from explain how i view it from my part.

This is my story sorta in a quick explaination how i felt it went.

as said i tried during TS talk for resolve to stay polite and to get this sorted but i gave up after they just kept demand refund and not gave an crap about my side of story. (thats how i felt their approach and did everything to stay polite and for that after some time pointed them towards forums)

2. I have maybe cut you off 1/2 times that doesnt mean you can immidiatly raise your voice at me.

3. I didnt demand you to give me refund I asked you nicely if you could compensate me for my gear and you said ''no, take it to the forums''

4. I have said nothing about initiation at all your just making that up cuz saying to someone ''Yo, dude get out'' isnt initiation at all.

5. If you couldnt hear the guy ''initiating'' its not my problem shouldve had your earplugs in deep. I cant do anything about that.

6. I havent said bullshit to any of your words at all. You might think that I think thats bullshit but I havent said thats bullshit so yeah.

And if you gonna say yeah my friend said get off the ground now etc. and you crash in to me because he kept telling you to fly off that isnt an excuse either to use cuz clearly your friend pushed you to fly off and you didnt take your time to look back or try to look back better to see where I was.

I will not answer anymore questions untill staff asks me to, cuz this is just going up and down and its getting nowhere.

1- never said you did.

2-i raised voice only to cut in and continue where i was nothing else
(as soon i could continue i lowered it again)

3-it felt for me that way i dint say you did but it felt for me that was how you urged it

3a- we talked and i dint just shortly only say: "no, take it to the forums".

4-so you're friend points gun at me tell me get out and block me from take off with out initaition?

(at least thats what i think i seen in video you provied)

5-i have Ambiant Sounds (such as gun shots, explosions and engine noises and what not) on not even 25% volume if remember correctly its at about 5-10%

6-You were not accepting my answers anyway as i said how i felt how it went and such you kept to your side of story and did not want to hear otherwise.

The Reason to direct to forums and say no there is for that i was unable to speak properly to you as all you could see was your version.

sadly no as i have no record program and last time i did record moment of explosion with v44x caused game and recording to both crash.

how ever sins than i did upgrade my pc but i did not record as it was an trail for me to see if i wanted to come back to the community after being away for so long.

so i had not bothered yet to set an record system up that is oh so required to run on rpuk cuss of situations like this.

So, I have come to the decision of this VDM report. 

Lunar you had no fear of being rob as you were in a Blackfish.  Kennedy was in a hover above you for a good 1min 20secs.  You say you had someone in the Blackfish with you who was encouraging you to take off.  He could have looked up for you if you had sickness.  
From watching the video it doesn't look like you were spooked until you were shouted at from the front of your vehicle.  However, you did make the mistake of crashing into there helicopter.

I have had a look at your BM account and you have not made any mistakes for a very long time. So with all this in mind, you will be getting a warning for this act. You were given all the time to respond and then when you were initiated on and you panic. In future please accept your fate and get robbed.
