Please (in detail) describe the incident
We detained a civilian for urinating in public and on our Police Car. After detaining him we realised he had no mic and he said he wouldn't be getting one. Considering people usually do this because they want some quality RP from the Police I was quite surprised he had no mic. He continued to try and RP in OOC Chat and I tried to advise him he needs one to play on the server, he said he didn't have a mic and won't be getting one. He was kicked due to "Client not responding" and I attempted to find him in-game for a few hours and in Teamspeak (Which was a long shot considering he had no mic but I tried it anyway just in case). I believe he has broken server rule 3.3. I am not sure if he combat logged, he may have pulled out his ethernet cable or wifi adapter getting the exit message he got but I'm not sure how he got kicked by BattleEye specifically but he didn't come back at all.
