Tried to help this men with put his hand up. because I was holding him there because his friend shot at my friend. the he asked how he had to put his hands up, I thought he would be new to the server so I tried to help him with typing it. then he picks his gun and shoot me while he knows i type.
Tried to contact but it failed

I must say that this is a poor case of roleplay, but you were in an active firefight. His friend just killed your friend. You knew that he was hostile, due to his friend just killing your friend. You should have acted when he pulled the gun. When someone talks OOC within voicechat, please roleplay arround it. You don't have immidiatly have to replay with typing. You can also do that after the scenario. (take him in a car / ask him to come to TS to explain the basics to him).

However Pulse is talking out of roleplay here in voicechat, giving you poor RP. He is also refusing your messages. You are unable to explain to him what he did wrong and he will be unable to learn. He needs to reread our serverrules.
